Is there a fee if my balance falls below $10,000 after I open my account?
While the minimum account opening balance is $10,000, we won’t charge a fee if your balance falls below that. However, you will earn a lower interest rate if the daily balance falls below $10,000. The minimum opening deposit for a CD is $10,000.
What happens when my CD matures?
Your CD will automatically renew for the same term at the interest rate in effect on the maturity date. You can make changes to your CD without penalty during the 10-day grace period beginning on the maturity date. Changes can include closing your CD with a full withdrawal, making a deposit or partial withdrawal, or changing your term.
